Standard ELP Exit Criteria: ≥ 5.0 composite proficiency score AND ≥ 3.5 reading, writing, listening, speaking domains scores Alternate ELP Assessment: WIDA Alternate ACCESS Alternate ELP Exit Criteria: Individualized (see below) Exemptions for MLs with disabilities?
