Standard ELP Exit Criteria: ≥ 5.0 composite proficiency score AND ≥ 3.5 reading, writing, listening, speaking domains scores 
Alternate ELP Assessment: WIDA Alternate ACCESS

Alternate ELP Exit Criteria: Individualized (see below)

Exemptions for MLs with disabilities? Yes. Districts can exit MLs with significant cognitive disabilities, if they can provide additional evidence that students are no longer benefitting from language services (e.g., plateauing ELP score, changes to instruction, teacher input, IEP team approval, etc).
