ELP Assessment: WIDA ACCESS for ELLs
Standardized ELP Exit Criteria: ≥ 4.5 composite proficiency score AND no more than 1 domain score > 3.5*
*MLs should be exited if there are no significant concerns regarding the impact of the one domain that is below 3.5. If there are significant concerns, standardized additional criteria would be needed and evidence would need to demonstrate continued need for ELD instruction.
Alternate ELP Assessment: WIDA Alternate ACCESS
Alternate ELP Exit Criteria: ≥ P1 composite proficiency score, parent consultation, IEP team recommendation, AND no significant evidence that demonstrates need for ELD instruction
