Standard ELP Exit Criteria: ≥ 4.8 composite proficiency score 

Alternate ELP Assessment: WIDA Alternate ACCESS 

Alternate ELP Exit Criteria: A1, A2, or A3 on three consecutive administrations of the test (or P1 or P2 on two consecutive administrations of the test)* AND IEP team and EL committee recommendation

*MLs with significant cognitive disabilities can also exit if they:  have missing domain scores, but their proficiency level scores on all domains taken remain consistent for three consecutive administrations of the test AND have IEP team and EL committee recommendation
